All GET BAKED treats are baked to order and sealed in airtight, eco-friendly packaging. We use express shipping methods to ensure your items arrive moist and delicious within 1-2 business days of leaving our oven.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated range of both vegan and gluten-free treats. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, all our products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is the shelf life of your baked goods?
Our products are best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery. To extend freshness, we recommend storing them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, or freezing them for up to 3 months.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats from our kitchen to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo, and we will make it right.
Do you provide catering or bulk orders for events?
